Main Description:
These cutters are ideal for use with a range of ideal and No-Edible materials including: pastry, cookie dough, sugar paste ( rolled fondant ), petal paste ( gum paste ), marzipan or craft clays.
Create beautiful simple to produce flowers complete with detailed veining.
Instructions
1-- Roll out the paste on a non-stick or using cornflour / icing sugar for dusting.
2-- Cut out the flower without pressing the plunger.
3-- Using the plunger, press the flower onto a flat surface to produce the veining.
4-- Press the plunger to eject the flower.
Note
Tools used with food use separate from those used with non-food material --craft clay.
Tips
a. To obtain a finer finish,
use a ball tool to soft the edges of the petals
.
b. The flower
can be used immediately
or
placed on a curved surface to dry
.
c. Complete the flower
using single or multiple layers
.
d. To create a simple flower centre,
mould the paste into a button shape
and texture using
a piece of net or tulle
.
f. Wired Flower –Wire
can be inserted into a moulded centre
and allowed to dry before threading on the petals. Shape the petals as required.
