Main Description:
These cutters are ideal for use with a range of ideal and No-Edible materials including: pastry, cookie dough, sugar paste ( rolled fondant ), petal paste ( gum paste ), marzipan or craft clays.
Create simple to produce leaves complete with detailed veining.
Instructions:
1. Roll out the paste on a non-stick or using cornflour / icing sugar for dusting.
2. Cut out the leaf without pressing the plunger.
3. Using the plunger, press the leaves onto a flat surface to produce the veining.
To obtain a finer finish, use a ball tool to soft the edges of the leaves.
The leaves can be used immediately or placed on a curved surface to dry.
Wire can be inserted into each leaf for use in wired arrangements and sprays.
Note:
Tools used with food use separate from those used with non-food material --craft clay.
