Ice-lollies are easy to make in the freezing compartment of any fridge or in the freezer. And the choice of fruit juices you can find on your supermarket's shelf is just amazing – apple & mango, pomegranate, pineapple, peaches, cranberries and, of course, orange juice.
Our Home Ice Lolly Maker can makes eight separate lollies at each filling. The base is flat so that it will sit stably in the freezer. Each top/handle and it is shaped to prevent drips.
It is made from non-stick polythene so that the ice lollies can be removed easily and the polythene handle protrudes around half way into them. The handles are coloured blue, pink, green and yellow for easy identification. Around the handle, there is a reservoir to catch the drips.
The polythene tray is very stable and will stand in the freezing compartment of the fridge or on the shelf in the freezer. The ice-lollies can be removed individually as required.
After emptying, the Lolly Maker is easily washed and can be reused in minutes. You may need to experiment with the dilution of some fruit juices to get them to freeze solidly, when they contain a lot of natural sugar.
